Funded the acquisition of a development site in Corona, Queens, New York , $5,000,000.00 Loan.
Also funded the first phase of ground up new construction of a large 87 unit residential condominium building at the site (An additional $3,000,000.00 Loan).

Developer eventually obtained a land/construction loan which paid off our loan.
