The members of PRIVATE CAPITAL FUNDING CO., LLC, have over 30 year of experience in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industry.  We have special expertise in legal issues, lending, investing and finance. With our extensive real  estate transaction and litigation legal background, we are often able to suggest creative solutions  to a prospective borrower’s financing needs, even if we don’t ultimately provide the financing.

PCF made its first loan to borrowers in 1994. Since then, every year, PCF  funds over $50 Million Dollars in private hard money loans to real estate investors,  speculators, builders and others. PCF uses privately sourced funds to make direct loans.

We want our borrowers to succeed and have made our lending process fast and flexible.  Many of our borrowers have relied on us for over 20 years. When prospective borrowers contact us,  we immediately get involved with the details of the transaction during the initial phone call. We typically are able to  tell prospective borrowers, within minutes, whether they have a good chance at obtaining funding through PCF.  We don’t believe in wasting anyone’s time or money, including our own.
